We have two different kitchens you can rent. When you rent it, it will be you and your crew, no other users will share the space while you have it booked. We offer pre-booking and ongoing scheduled times for regular users in good standing. This is great for first-time users, recipe testing, occasional kitchen projects - you get flexibility without long-term commitment.

We have dry and cold storage options are available for approved users.

 

This includes commercial refrigeration, short-term freezer space, storage lockers, secure outdoor gated storage, hallway storage, and 24/7 access to our walk-in reefer (fridge).

From 7pm until 7am, we offer non-peak hour discounts for both kitchens. All the same services, but at a reduced rate... and much quieter!​​​​​

Specific equipment with long-processing times such as the commercial dehydrator and the freeze-dryer are usage starting at $1/hour.

 

Users must book 1+ hour of kitchen time at the end of the session for tray cleaning and further ingredient processing.

You can rent a dedicated space with 24/7 access. No other users will be permitted in that space, and rent includes utilities, consistent access, and dedicated storage options. Starting at $500/month, pricing reflects square footage of space and production requirements.
